Test equipment:

The ultimate tensile load of the chain is carried out on the chain tensile testing machine. The national standard stipulates that the minimum ultimate tensile load of the 16B-1 specification chain is 60 kN, and the tensile testing machine with a full range of 300 kN should be selected for testing. The load attenuation factor of ZCWL chain tensile testing machine: 1.2, 5 three attenuation gears, the load accuracy is 1.0% of the indicated value. The resolution of the 1st gear is 0. 1 kN, the resolution of the 2nd gear is 0. 0l kN, and the resolution of the 5th gear is 0.01kN. Here, 1x full-scale range is 300 kN, 2 times full-scale range is 150 kN, and 5 times full-scale is 60 kN. Obviously, 2 times attenuation range should be selected for testing.

The sample is clamped on the chain tensile tester with a special clamp to ensure that there is no additional stress, and the load is slowly applied until the sample is broken, and the test data is recorded (note: if the sample break occurs at the joint with the clamp, Then the test is invalid, the test should be re-tested), the test data is as follows:
